Prepayment—   

A prepayment of 100% is charged 30 days prior to arrival on a bank card. Please note, that the bank card’s owner, reservation owner and the guest must be the same person. Another person has to have a special authorization. 


Payment— 

In case the prepayment has not been charged or it has been charged partially prior to the arrival, the pending amount of the stay will be charged by reception in cash or by bank card upon the arrival. 

This accommodation accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. 


Cancellation policy— 

If canceled or modified less than 30 days before arrival date, or, in case of no-show, the charged amount will not be refunded.     

—Refundable damage deposit— 

A refundable damage deposit of 100 to 150 euros, depending on the apartment type, is required upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded during 24h after check-out if no damages detected. In case of a damage we will retain the amount of the repair. If the amount of the repair exceeds the deposit left, the whole deposit will be retained by.

Prices are subject to the dates. 

Any confirmation, cancellation, modification and notification is done in a written form via e-mail regarding both sides, the hotel and the client.


Meal Plan— 

This is a SELF CATERING hotel. 


Cleaning— 

A light cleaning (towels and linen change included) is provided every 4 days. For additional cleaning, please, contact: 

reservations@yuccapark.org. 


WIFI Access— 

There is a free WIFI access in the swimming pool area. 


Force Majeure— 

In case of a force majeure situation (natural disasters) the guests receive the total refund of their reservation.


Important— 

• The reception is open from 10am to 22pm. Out of working hours, please, pick up the key in a safety-box. The instructions will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

• Guests are required to provide an ID with a photo and a credit card upon check-in.

• Please inform Yucca Park in advance of your expected arrival time, contacting the property: reservations@yuccapark.org.

• Check-in time is from 2pm

• Check-out: until 10:30am. The guests may be charged €30 (each hour of a delay) or more in case the check-out is not realized on time. For an early/late check-

in/check-out, please, contact Reception.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments and is subject to fine. Please, use balcony, terrace or open spaces for smoking.

• The administration is not responsible for any loss or theft. Please, be attentive with your personal belongings. To rent a safe, please contact Reception.

• The administration reserves the right of no admission.

• Please, note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may be applied.

• The hotel guarantees to hold the reservation 24 hours from the date of the planned arrival.

• In case of overbooking the hotel is obligated to offer the client an alternative accommodation of a similar or higher quality as well as cover the transport, telephone, etc. expenses caused by overbooking.
